The biggest challenge for tomorrow will be the early morning temperatures. The clear skies and calm winds will allow for the temperatures to drop closer to the freezing mark. Patchy frost will be possible in many areas.
If that is the biggest huddle, we will gladly take it. By the afternoon, the mercury will rebound into the upper-50s and low-60s, accompanied with a ton of sunshine. The clear skies will last through the evening and overnight.
The swollen rivers across the Tri State are still causing problems for communities near the banks. The Ohio River is forecast to approach its crest by 8 AM of 47.5' . Throughout the week the levels will slowly decrease. However, Flood Warnings will be in effect until Friday at 6:45 PM. If you come across any barricades due to the flooding make sure you find an alternate route.
