Indiana State Police investigate an early-morning crash involving a semi-truck off of Interstate 64.
The crash took place near the 43 mile-marker in Warrick County.
The driver of the truck suffered minor injuries from the crash. The truck ended up off the road and into a nearby ditch.
ISP and the Warrick County Sheriff's Office closed one eastbound lane of I-64 as crews continued to clean up from the accident.
According to ISP Sgt. Todd Ringle, the left lane of eastbound I-64 will remain closed until approximately 2:00 p.m. Friday while crews continue to clean diesel fuel.
Sgt. Ringle says the driver reportedly fell asleep at the wheel, and that he's being treated at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital for face/chest injuries.
