The COVID-19 vaccine will be available to interested individuals at the Parkview Christian Church on Thursday, April 15.
Starting at 9:00 a.m., the Wabash County Health Department will begin administering the vaccine at the church, which is located at 11467 N 1550 Blvd. in Mt. Carmel, Illinois.
The health department will be administering first and second doses of the Moderna Vaccine at the church from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
The Pfizer vaccine will also be administered Thursday at the same location, allowing anyone who's at least 16-years-old to receive their shot, but Pfizer's vaccine will only be administered from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Anyone who receives their first shot of either vaccine at the clinic will need to return for their second dose on May 6.
If you'd like to receive your vaccine at Thursday's clinic, you'll need to schedule an appointment by calling 618-263-3873.
