Auto Theft Under Investigation in Evansville

Police are trying to uncover more information on an auto theft that occurred in Evansville on Sept. 11.

The Evansville Police Department is investigating an auto theft incident that happened on Friday, Sept. 11.

Officers were called for a stolen vehicle report around 9:00 a.m. on Friday, and say that the victim told them his vehicle was parked in the parking lot of Magna Motors when it was taken.

Pictures provided by EPD show the vehicle that was stolen as well as a potential suspect in the case.
